Heidi is the owner and Principal Broker of Kohala Pacific Realty. She bought the brokerage in January 2022. Heidi has been an entrepreneur since age 10 when she started selling handmade goods. She has owned nine businesses and started selling real estate in 2016. Shortly after, she became a top seller and continued to be a top seller in her county for years.

Heidi is honest, responsive, professional, and truly cares about her clients. When she is not working with or for a real estate client, she is often riding her bike, gardening or finding an investment property. She has three fantastic island kids.

Heidi loves island living and is passionate about helping you find your island home. She loves connecting with new clients and would love to hear from you!

Chris Helmuth first visited North Kohala in 1991, moving here full-time in 2004 after successfully selling his manufacturing business in Los Angeles. Chris has worked for Kohala Pacific Realty since 2007 and has been the top-producing Real Estate Broker in Hawi/Kapaau/North Kohala Coast from 2010-2021. Chris “loves his work” and is passionate about finding Buyer’s property. He finds real satisfaction in “matching people and properties.” Chris also has experience in the Hawaii mortgage business, working as a loan officer for CS Financial and Island Community Lending in Kamuela.

In addition to his real estate practice, Chris owns Aloha Man, a small local boutique in Hawi, which sells mostly made/designed in Hawaii clothing and jewelry. This modest boutique has made a real impact in empowering women and local artists.

He holds a business degree from Pepperdine University and a master’s degree in theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. He was the Board President of NKCRC for over five years and is also a past Vice President of the West Hawaii Mediation Center, where he served for six years. He served two years as director/chair for the Kohala Elementary School Community Council. He graduated from the one-year Nonprofit Manager Certification Program at Kapiolani Community College in 2007 and has completed the one-week training program with the Grantsmanship Center.

Chris resides in Kohala, having raised two beautiful daughters, Camille and Ruby, whom he cherishes very much.

Arnie Klaus moved to Kohala on Hawai’i Island in 2009 and joined Kohala Pacific Realty this year. He has purchased and renovated numerous homes throughout Hawaii, Washington, and Florida. Each home was tastefully remodeled – focusing on quality construction, attention to detail, and thoughtful landscaping design. Homes were staged and photographed to perfection utilizing artistic minimalist design. Each home was sold through selective marketing strategies, with full-price offers mostly within 30 days.

Beyond real estate, he has led affordable housing development and the conservation of parklands and trails. Arnie’s volunteer activities include teaching as a reading tutor at Kohala Elementary School, helping organize the Hawaii island TED 2021 conference, and developing Interpretive educational displays for Anna Ranch Heritage Center (Waimea) and ‘Iole (Kapa’au).

Anne Meyer returns to her real estate roots with Kohala Pacific Realty, having successfully represented buyers and sellers in Honolulu previously. Southern-born, Rocky Mountain bred, Anne moved to Hawaii 31 years ago; she’s lived on Oahu, Kauai, and has called the Big Island home for 15 years. She deeply appreciates the Big Island’s culture, natural beauty, plentiful outdoor healthy activities, and the priceless gem of the Pacific Ocean down the hill from her home. She has raised two exceptional children on the Big Island who shares the same passion for their island home and can often be found on a hiking trail or surfing when they’re back home visiting.

Anne brings real estate expertise, market knowledge, and exemplary negotiating skills to each transaction exceeding her client’s expectations. Her United Nations internship in London intrinsically shaped her ability to effectively work with and through others to accomplish her client’s goals. In addition, a background working in Hawaii’s top resorts and golf clubs, such as Kahala Hilton, Waialae Country Club, and Princeville Resort, has honed her exceptional customer service skills.

With a master’s degree focused on ecological architecture and a Platinum award-winning net-zero-energy home design under her belt, Claire Anderson merges her academic training and expertise with her ethics, integrity, and commitment to service as a licensed Realtor.

She focuses on bringing high-caliber service to all clients. From staging perfection and pre-photo preparation to 3-D Virtual tour capture to media relations, Claire focuses on marketing strategy to obtain the best return on investment for seller-clients.
